If you do not agree to these conditions, then you may not use and access this website. The Jara Wine Ltd website is provided for your personal and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to use this website for any commercial purpose. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content, software, products, or services contained within this Website. Usage of the Website
You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of this Website and for all of your communication and activity on and pursuant to this Website. If we determine that you are or have been engaged in prohibited activities, were not respectful of other users, or otherwise violated the TOS, we may deny you access to this Website on a temporary or permanent basis.
Acceptance of your Order
The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and Jara Wine Ltd shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices we have specified.
Payment can be made by PayPal and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Website from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by Jara Wine Ltd. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Jara Wine Ltd, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
By submitting an order to us through our website you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
If the billing details for your order are the same as your delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing details.

Delivery and Returns
Jara Wine Ltd aims to deliver your chosen items to the place and person specified on your order, in perfect condition and in the shortest time we can achieve. All items are sent by Royal Mail first class or next working day delivery service.
All orders received before 2.00pm will be shipped out the same day, any orders received after this time will be shipped the following day. For orders placed on a Friday before 2.00pm, Saturday delivery is likely but cannot be guaranteed.
If you wish to track your parcel, please email us email@example.com and we will either track your shipment for you or email you a tracking number which can be used on the royal mail website.
Terms of Delivery of Goods
Jara Wine Ltd reserves the right to delay the dispatch of an order, for instance if there is insufficient stock or further security checks to verify the customer or the customer's payment are required. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock. Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
The satisfaction of our customers is of paramount importance to us and we pride ourselves on excellent quality and service. We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase; however if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us in its original condition, for a refund or exchange.
Unsuitable items may be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Simply complete the returns form included with your order and attach the peel off address label and stick to the front of your package. We recommend that you return your package via a secure and reliable postal service. Always obtain proof of postage. Please send all returns to: JARA WINE Ltd, 30 Sussex House, Chalton Street, London, NW1 1RB.
Sale purchases are final and will only be exchanged if there is a manufacturing fault.
Jara Wine Ltd will only exchange an item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability, if a different garment is desired you must place this as a new order. Returns received after the 14 days time frame are accepted at the discretion of Jara Wine Ltd.
Please remember that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Jara Wine Ltd will not issue refunds for goods that do not arrive or arrive damaged. Therefore, please ensure you package your return properly to prevent any damage to the items or boxes during transit. The product you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
In the case of an exchange, please remember to state clearly, the item you require. Should the required piece be unavailable and provided the item is in its original unworn condition and returned with the original packaging within 7 days of notifying us, a refund will be issued.
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid, less any taxes and duties and less the postal costs. Jara Wine Ltd will try to process all refunds quickly, but please allow up to 10 working days. The time taken for the refund to be credited to your account will depend on your bank or credit card issuer.
Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Proof of Postage
We recommend that items be returned to us via a recorded delivery service to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. We recommend that you obtain PROOF OF POSTAGE from the Post Office when you return the item, or use a recorded or signed for service to ensure its safe arrival with us. Should your returned item not arrive back with us, you will need Proof of Postage in order for you to make a claim for the missing item with Royal Mail. Although we will try our best to help you locate your missing return, Jara Wine Ltd reserves the right not to issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us.
Customers outside the UK will need to make their own returns arrangements through any postal carrier. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any items, and Jara Wine Ltd is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post.
Customers are legally obliged to take reasonable care of the items they order whilst they are in their possession. If you have purchased items from Jara Wine Ltd and fail to take reasonable care of unwanted items before returning them to us, we will not accept your return and you will not be eligible for a refund.
